DOT Exams

If you drive a vehicle over 10,000 pounds or you are a for hire driver, you need to carry a DOT Medical card. Appointments for DOT medical exams are available within 24 hours or less.
If you drive a vehicle that requires a medical DOT card and considered an intrastate driver, you may qualify for a DOT waiver for certain medical conditions.
